Wirtgen WR 240i

We current run a fleet of 8x Wirtgen Stabilisation Mixers

With a working width of 2.40 m and a maximum working depth of 510 mm, out Wirtgen's are highly flexible when it comes to operations in soil stabilising

Equipped with precise metering systems for the addition of lime & cementitious binders. Our Wirtgen mixers are our preferred solution across our stabilised projects

CAT Challenger – Rolling Dynamic Compaction (RDC)

Our CAT Challenger is our machine of choice when it comes to Rolling Dynamic Compaction.

Our module is a 13.8 tonne roller which has an 8-tonne 4-sided drum towed by our 400hp Challenger

RDC can compact thicker layers due to a greater depth of influence beneath the ground’s surface enhancing weak, marginal soils in-situ.

Bomag BW226DW Deep Impact Compactor.

Our latest 26T machine has a 2m wide polygonal drum, providing High Energy Impact Compaction (HEIC).

Rolling Dynamic Compaction (RDC) capabilities, providing an alternative solution to dig and replace activities.

The latest Bomap system, recording EVIB and pass count data, as well as Bomag’s VarioControl (BVC) adaptive vibration technology.
